But we must always be careful to not over apply the results and debrief them completely with anyone who has taken one. It is too easy to just &#039;type&#039; someone and then act like it&#039;s impossible for them to move outside that narrow definition. 

Love the analagy with star signs. How often do we magically see ourselves in a personalitly profile that is deliberately vague?</description>
