About Us

Kate is the Principal Coach and Facilitator for Inspire Achieve. She holds a Bachelor of Social Science (Psychology) from Charles Sturt University and is currently completing a Diploma of Life Coaching with The Coaching Institute.

Kate is a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute, Australian Association for Psychological Type and the Career Development Association of Australia.

With a keen professional interest in practical applications of Positive Psychology, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Psychological Type and Behavioural Profiling, Kate can assist both individuals and organisations to achieve positive peak performance through one-on-one coaching and group workshops.

Kate is also an Accredited Consultant and Trainer of Extended DISC.
